International Transport Company De Vries Hallum has signed a long-term lease agreement for over 20,000 square meters at Prologis Park Veghel DC1. With this step the family business – specialized in transport, distribution, and storage in the food sector – aims to expand to meet the expectations and needs of their customers. The recently refurbished warehouse is strategically located along the A50 highway and close to Eindhoven Airport, providing excellent national and international connections. De Vries Hallum will start using the facility as of June 1st, 2023.

The international transport company has signed a long-term lease agreement with Prologis for 20,163 square meters at Prologis Park Veghel DC1, offering easy access to both major motorways and Eindhoven Airport to provide excellent national and international connections. Due to its strategic location, Veghel is known as a logistic hotspot and home to many national and international food related companies.

Prologis Park Veghel DC1
Prologis Park Veghel DC1 has recently been refurbished, and transformed into a modern warehouse that meets all De Vries Hallum’s possible needs. The warehouse is fully equipped with LED-lighting and has dock doors on both the front and back, ensuring optimal in and outbound operations. In addition, the Prologis Essentials Team assisted in reusing racking from their previous facility in Veghel and installing new racking to assist in ensuring the most optimal layout in Prologis Park Veghel DC1.
