We Maintain Your Site

In the Benelux, our experienced property management team is always available and offers extensive services to maintain and manage your site efficiently. With our office in Amsterdam, as well as a 24/7 hotline for emergencies, we guarantee that we will be there when you need our services.

At Prologis, we retain ownership of our buildings. That means we have a long-term interest in ensuring that the buildings are maintained to a high standard and that our customers are happy and able to run their operations efficiently.

It is of the highest priority for Prologis that our industrial real estate facilities are up to par with the current sustainability standards. Our property management team is involved in the planning process for each facility to ensure maximum efficiency for our customers.

Coordination of construction maintenance or expansion work
Professional and fast processing of insured loss
Management and monitoring of external service providers, such as cleaning companies, roofing specialists or facility management companies
